Objective To study the effect of exogenous IGF-I on the expression of myosin IIb heavy chain (MHC) mRNA, collagen-I mRNA and collagen-Ⅲ mRNA during the repair process after skeletal muscle contusion in SD rats.
方法 :采用自制的肌肉损伤打击装置对 84只雄性SD大鼠后下肢肌群造成钝挫伤 ,然后将动物随机分为两组 ,分别于损伤局部注射外源性IGF-I及生理盐水 ,然后在损伤后第 1、3、7、1 0、1 4、2 1和 2 8天分别处死大鼠并取损伤处肌肉 ,采用半定量逆转录 -聚合酶链式反应 (semi-quantitativeRT -PCR)分析IIb型MHC、Ⅰ型及Ⅲ型胶原mRNA的表达。
