伤阴 伤阴 病证名。即真阴耗伤。其主要原因有： ①外感热邪，灼伤阴液。 ②阳气偏亢，内伤真阴。《素问·阴阳应象大论》：“阳胜则阴病”。 ③温热病后期，虚热灼伤真阴，症见低热颧红，手足心热，口干舌燥，潮热盗汗，神倦消瘦，脉细数等。治疗以滋阴降火或育阴潜阳为主。 ④暴怒伤阴，阴血易于耗泄。 ⑤房劳过度亦可耗伤真阴。
