DC, based on the theories and methods of Physical chemistry and Natural medicinal chemistry and Pharmacology, using platycodins and prosapogenins as the material, we researched the relationship of surface activity between platycodins and prosapogenins, the relationship of hemolysis between platycodins and prosapogenins, the relationship between surface activity and hemolysis.
