METHODS Human glioma cell line SHG- 44 is induced to differentiation with Hexamethelene bisacidamide (HMBA) , Dimethylformamide (DMF) , Sodium butyrate (BA) , Dibutyric cycle AMP(dBcAMP) , Sodium phenylacetate(SPA) , Sodium phenyIbutyrate (SPB), Asenic trioxide, and differentiation level was studied by MTT test, morphorlogy, GFAP immunoflurecency.
结果 亚砷酸钠、苯乙酸钠抑制肿瘤细胞增殖效果较差,苯丁酸钠、二丁酰环AMP、丁酸钠在1-2mM即可明显诱导人脑胶质瘤细胞多分化,表现为增殖抑制,胞突增长,GFAP表达升高现象。
