担截 针灸术语。马丹阳《天星十二穴治杂病歌》：“合提用法提，合截用法截。”有几种解释： ①担，指取两穴；载，指独取一穴。《针灸问对》：“截者截穴，用一穴也；担者两穴，或手与足二穴，或两手两足各一穴也。” ②担，指提法、泻法；截，指按法、补法。《针灸大成》：“补泻之法……再推进一豆，谓之按，为截，为随也”；“凡泻针之法……退针一豆，谓之提，为担，为迎也。”《针灸问对》：“一说：右手提引谓之担，左手推按谓之截。担则气来，截则气去。”
