在神经内分泌系统的参与下,机体对血浆渗透压的调节作用。渗透压的调节是一个复杂的生理过程。当体内水分丧失过多时 (如大量出汗、严重呕吐或腹泻),血浆晶体渗透压升高,对渗透压感受器的刺激加强,使神经垂体释放抗利尿激素增加,促进远曲小管和集合管对水的重吸收。于是尿量减少,从而保留了人体的水分,使血浆渗透压恢复正常。反之,当大量饮水使血浆渗透压降低时,减少了对渗透压感受器的刺激,于是抗利尿激素的合成和分泌减少,使水在远曲小管和集合管的重吸收也减少,尿量增多,从而排出体内多余的水分,使晶体渗透压升高,恢复正常。
