其汤气味甘中微苦，具壮腰健肾之功，不燥不寒，是十分适合时下进服的汤品。
材料：骨碎补12克（中药店有售）、猪腰1个、生姜2~3片。
烹制：骨碎补研为细末或砸碎；猪腰洗净，切开，剔去中间筋膜，再用食盐搓洗，清水冲净；然后把骨碎补纳入猪腰内，用线扎紧，放进瓦煲内，加入清水1500毫升（约6碗水量），武火煲沸后改用文火煲约2个小时，调入适量食盐和生油便可。
