Challenges faced to health care system and international reform trend;

Early in 1930 s, Yanyangchu and the Association of Promoting Mass Education under his leading began to concern about country s health care work in the process of boosting the country construction movement and attempted to build up health care system in the villages with the backward conditions both in economy and in social civilization, which got a great amount of valuable experience.

In order to recognize and do construction of the basic health care system for all residents in the urban and rural areas correctly and promote health reform and development,using summarizing and analyzing methods,practically and theoretically,we probe into the connotation,contents,methods,and put forward some proposals to the construction of the basic health care system for all residents.
