应用于创面局部的外用药物制剂。烧伤局部用药可分三类：①局部抗菌药物，此为20世纪60年代初期烧伤感染研究取得的三项重要进展之一。此类药物应用是建立在对侵袭性感染病理过程认识的基础之上。要求这些药物能穿透焦痂作用于焦痂及痂下组织；要求抗菌谱广，不易耐药；无毒性及不良反应；使用方便、价格低廉。常用的有磺胺嘧啶银、碘附、硝酸银及氟哌酸银等制剂。②促进创面愈合的药物，如锌制剂、上皮生长因子等一类药物，但使用不如局部抗菌药物广泛。③防治烧伤后期瘢痕增生药物，目前品种繁多，但至今还没有一种完全满意的药物。
