注意缺陷障碍
attention defect disorder

  又称“轻微脑功能障碍”(minimal braindysfunction,MBD)或“儿童多动综合征”(attentvon iciency disorder,ADD),是一种较常见的儿童行为异常问题,病因未明。这类患儿的智能正常或基本正常,但学习、行为及情绪方面有缺陷,表现为:①注意力障碍:注意力不集中、持续时间短暂。②行为障碍:如分不清左右、画图或唱歌能力差、有时写字笔划反转等。③性格缺陷:任性、倔强、大胆好冒险、好打扰别人。④情绪障碍:情绪不稳、易激惹。治疗强调教育疗法,医生、教师及家长三方面合作共同教育,药物治疗可用利他林、苯丙胺、匹莫林等。
