性质:又称抗心肌缺血药。是一类防治心绞痛的药物。抗心绞痛药可通过舒张冠状动脉,解除其痉挛或促进侧枝循环形成增加冠状动脉供血或通过舒张静脉或外周小动脉,减轻心脏前后负荷、减慢心率、降低心肌收缩性而降低心肌对氧的需求发挥抗心绞痛作用。常用药物有硝酸甘油、硝酸异山梨酯、普萘洛尔、美托洛尔、硝苯地平、维拉帕米等。
