淋巴瘘
fistula of lymphatic system
是指由于先天或后天原因，引起皮肤淋巴液潴留或炎症扩张，无法引流淋巴液，因而使皮下淋巴管扩张，呈囊性变，浅层的扩张淋巴管可因外伤或炎症、溃破而造成经久不愈、反复发作的淋巴瘘。可发生在四肢、腹股沟部、阴囊、乳房等部位。由于淋巴引流不畅，内压升高，更容易引起皮下浅层淋巴管破裂，造成乳糜瘘或单纯流出黄色淋巴液的淋巴瘘。治疗比较困难，容易复发，手术每因淋巴管扩张、增厚、变性等不可逆的病变，即使行淋巴管静脉吻合术亦易因阻塞而失败。
