性质:L-乳酸钙外观为白色无味的粉末或颗粒,以淀粉为原料经天然发酵制成。具有微风化性和抗氧化性,易溶于水,不溶于乙醇,在120℃时失去全部结晶水。具有增强活性和稳定pH值的作用。

制备方法:可由稀乳酸以碳酸钙中和,再经浓缩而制得。

用途:由于具有呈中性、易溶解、口感好、易吸收等优点,L-乳酸钙是一种良好的钙源。在食品中,除了促进生长发育等营养功能外,L-乳酸钙还可作为稳定剂、缓冲剂、面团调节剂改善风味和口感,提高诸如糖果、糕点、奶粉、酸奶等食品和饮料的质量。L-乳酸钙还可增强抗氧化性,防止水果和蔬菜的褪色等。在医药中,L-乳酸钙可保持骨骼密度和强度,减少毛细血管的通透性,保持正常的神经肌肉的兴奋性,加强大脑皮层抑制过程。L-乳酸钙主要用于治疗骨质疏松症、手足抽搐、抽筋、低血钙、过敏症、痉挛和镁中毒等病症。在饲料中,L-乳酸钙用于控制饲料中内菌的改变,喂养牛羊可提高产奶量。添加于家禽饲料可使蛋壳硬度加大、破碎减少。
