实验结果表明两者对正常人胚肾细胞有一定的毒性,但不大于临床使用的5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU);对人宫颈癌细胞(Hela),大鼠骨髓瘤细胞(SP2-0)和神经胶质瘤细胞(U251)都有较明显的抑制生长的作用,其抑制率随时间而逐渐增大,至第6~8d最为显著;都能抑制Hela细胞凋亡的进程;对荷S180肿瘤的模型小鼠的实验证明,两种样品多糖对模型小鼠延长生存时间的效应与5-FU没有显著性差异。

良性软骨母细胞瘤
benign chondroblastoma

较罕见。主要发生在青少年。好发于肱骨近端、股骨远端和胫骨近端的骨骼,骨性患儿较多。临床症状轻微,病变靠近关节时有肿胀、疼痛、肌肉痉挛致关节活动受限、触诊肿瘤有压痛,发生在下肢有避痛性跛行。X线照片可见圆形或卵圆形的透亮区,一般为1~4cm大小。治疗应刮除或切除病变,不破坏关节。刮除的骨腔以植骨块填充。
