性质:一种氨基转移酶。有两种同工酶,都是由两条相同的多肽链亚单位组成的二聚体。s-GOT每个亚单位的氨基酸的残基为412个,整个酶由824个氨基酸组成,分子量92 000。m-GOT,每个亚单位有401个氨基酸残基,整个酶由802个氨基酸组成,分子量89 262。此酶广泛存在于人和动物的大多数组织中,在心、肝、肾和骨骼肌中含量特别丰富。通常都从动物心肌中提取制得,用于医学、生化研究、诊断。
