心血瘀阻 心血瘀阻 病证名。症见心悸，心前区刺痛或闷痛，并常痛引臂内侧，且以左臂为多见。轻者时作时止，重者可见面、唇、指甲青紫，四肢厥冷。舌暗红或有紫色斑点，脉微细或涩。多由心气虚或心阳虚，血运无力，心血瘀阻脉道所致。亦可因情绪激动，或劳累受寒，痰浊凝聚等诱发。治应急者救阳通脉，缓者活血化瘀，兼补气通阳。
