血清氯
serum chloride
测定血清中氯离子浓度,常用汞或银滴定法。氯离子为血浆中的主要阴离子,对调节体内酸碱平衡、渗透压及水电解质平衡均有重要作用。正常值为98~106mmol/L(570~620mg%)。增高见于肾功能不全、过度换气所致酸中毒等;降低见于严重呕吐、腹泻、大汗以及长期利尿等。
