补充资料：闪光融合器
测定闪烁临界频率的实验仪器。目前常用的闪光融合器有两种：一种是由工厂生产的性能较完备的闪光融合器（见图）；另一种是用可变转速的马达、节光器和能调节强度的灯光装配的。不管哪一种都必须呈现闪光刺激，闪光频率能在10～80赫的范围内调节，并至少能调出4种彼此成比例的强度,闪光正负时相的比例相等。闪烁临界频率值受闪光正时相的强度、两个时相的差异、两个时相的时间比例、闪光照射区的面积、网膜受刺激部位以及被试的疲劳、饥饿、脑损伤等因素的制约，利用闪光融合器可以研究这些问题。
