皮肤牵引
skin traction
用黏胶布粘于皮肤，系于牵引装置，其牵引力通过皮肤以对抗肌肉痉挛，使骨折及关节脱位复位，预防肢体畸形。其优点是损伤小，痛苦少。但牵引力小，适合肌力小的老年人或儿童。皮肤损伤，肢体血循环障碍或肌肉强壮者不宜应用，牵引重量为3～5kg。
