目的:探索中药加味茵陈汤对急性肝功能衰竭大鼠的防治效果。
补充资料：川味雪豆炖肘子
主料：猪肘子、雪山大豆
辅料：葱节、绍酒、姜、川盐、八角、猪骨数根
制作方法：
1.肘子刮洗干净，同猪骨一起人沸水中氽烫以去掉血水浮沫；
2.雪豆洗净，姜拍破，葱挽结；
3.把猪肘放入垫有猪骨的砂锅内，加入洗净的雪豆，姜、葱、八角、绍酒旺火上烧开后
移到微火上煨炖约 3小时，待汤锅煮透，用筷轻轻一戳肉皮即烂为止；
4.吃时捡去姜、葱，放川盐后连汤带豆舀入碗中即成。
操作注意：
1.雪豆如果先用水泡，煮时反不易烂；
2.大火烧开，小火慢炖。
风味特点：
四川西南汉源县出产的雪豆，因其颗大、色白、质优闻名。用汉源出产的雪豆同猪肘炖制菜，雪豆粒大，色白沙糯，肘子软，营养丰富，是四川家常名肴。这种雪豆还有一特别有趣之处，它能在锅内久煮不裂，但一舀到碗里就会立即裂开，当地人形象地称之为"碗上开花"，或者称"神仙豆"。
