Objective To investigate the appliance of closing wedge osteotomy in treatment of posttraumatic kyphotic-scoliotic deformity in thoracolumbar spine.
目的探讨经后路全脊椎截骨术在治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴侧后凸畸形的应用。

| 脊椎骨关节病 spine，osteoarthrothis of 脊椎退行性病变引起的颈臂或腰腿痛。多见于中年以上体力劳动者 ，男多于女 ，常发生于磨损较多的颈段及腰段，开始时椎间盘退变、不稳，关节突错位，韧带及关节囊肥厚，骨赘形成。压迫神经或椎管狭窄时引起症状。保持一定姿势过久时，血流不畅，骨内压力增高 ，疼痛加剧 ；适当活动，血流改善，症状缓解；活动过多，摩擦加大，炎症加重，症状又加重，叩击痛区反觉舒服。X射线片可显示脊椎退变现象。按摩 、理疗、运动疗法，水杨酸类等药物及封闭有效。神经受压时可行减压松解术。 |
