Methods Ten patients with neurogenic bladder were performed augmentation cystoplasty,with sigmoid colon enterocystoplasty for 7 patients(10 sides),detrusor myectomy(auto-augmentation)for 2 and ureterocystoplasty for 1.
其中7例(10侧)行乙状结肠膀胱扩大术,2例行自体膀胱扩大术,1例行输尿管膀胱扩大术。

输尿管膀胱移植术
又称输尿管膀胱吻合术(ureterocystanastomosis)输尿管损伤是妇科手术的并发症，当损伤部位在输尿管下段时可采用输尿管膀胱吻合术。自输尿管损伤部位的背侧端，沿输尿管行径外侧打开后腹膜，充分游离输尿管，暴露输尿管损伤部位，切除有瘢痕的输尿管损伤段。游离膀胱前间隙，切开膀胱前壁，暴露膀胱三角、输尿管口及膀胱后壁。移植输尿管断端于膀胱侧壁或后壁，切开输尿管呈扇形固定3～4针于膀胱腹膜，逐层缝合膀胱切口。放置导尿管10～14天。
