用量用法：
口服：１～２粒／次，４～６次／日。肌注、静注：每次０．５～１ｇ，每日３～４次，用注射用水溶解后缓慢注入。静滴：每次０．５～１ｇ。用葡萄糖液稀释后于１小时内滴完，每日用量为６～１２ｇ。
注意事项：
偶有过敏反应、眩晕、耳鸣等，用前需做皮试。青霉素过敏者忌用。
