  深Ⅱ度烧伤与Ⅲ度烧伤的鉴别方法之一。将烧伤部位的毛发拔除1~2根,拔毛时有疼痛感觉,拔出之毛发根部有小肉粒状的毛根结构为深Ⅱ度。拔毛时无痛,易拔除,拔出之毛发根部光秃,无毛根结构为Ⅲ度。因为烧伤已损伤皮肤全层和毛囊等皮肤附件。
