The treatment added Bufeiqingjin decoction (150 ml,tid,po).
对照组常规给予控制性氧疗、支气管扩张剂、抗生素、糖皮质激素、痰液净化及液体疗法,必要时强心、利尿、扩血管、营养支持等综合治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肺清金汤150ml/次,每日3次,温服,10d1疗程。

同名方约有2首，现选《医门法律》伤燥门方。组成：桑叶（去枝梗）三钱，石膏（煅）二钱五分，甘草一钱，人参七分，胡麻仁（炒，研）一钱，真阿胶八分，麦门冬（去心）一钱二分，杏仁（泡去皮尖，炒黄）七分，枇杷叶一片（刷去毛，蜜涂炙黄）。上以水一碗，煎六分，频频二三次滚热服。
