Objective:To study and compare the contents difference of cholesterol isomers in blood serum between the patients with cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis and healthy normal subjects,and establishing the method of quantitative analysis of serum cholesterol isomers.
目的 :研究和比较脑腱性黄色瘤病 (CTX)病人和健康正常者的血清胆固醇异构体的含量差异 ,建立血清胆固醇异构体的定量测定方法。

症状性黄色瘤
又称"继发性黄色瘤"。影响脂蛋白代谢，使血浆脂质升高的其他疾病所致的黄色瘤。常见的疾病有：糖尿病、阻塞性黄疸、类脂质性肾病、粘液性水肿、慢性胰腺炎等。临床表现除黄色瘤外，还有原发病的症状和体征。应进行原发病的治疗。
