The cord dorsum potentials (CDF) wave form evoked by heavy current stimulation of the sural nerve and the effects produced by microinjection of L - glutamate into the controlateral nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis( NGC) on CDP were observed in light chlo-ralhydrate anesthetized and immobilized rats.
以浅麻醉和麻痹大鼠为对象,利用计算机平均技术记录强电流刺激腓肠神经诱发的脊髓背表面电位(CDP),观察对侧网状三细胞核(NGC)微量注射L一谷氨酸钠,使神经细胞兴奋后对CDP的影响。

瘫痪多不对称，呈下神经元性(弛缓性）瘫痪。腱反射常消失，肌张力多减退、感觉多不受影响。瘫痪最常见于下肢，其次为上肢。近端大肌群常较远端小肌群瘫痪出现早且重。影响呼吸肌(膈肌及肋间肌）时则影响呼吸运动，表现为呼吸浅速、鼻翼扇动、声音低微、讲话断续、咳嗽无力、胸廓扩张受限(肋间肌瘫痪），吸气时上腹不外凸反内凹(膈肌瘫痪）等。重则发生严重缺氧现象。
