  是指利用经皮放置的硬膜外导管,通过皮下永久性埋置贮药器系统,间歇性向硬脊膜外腔注射吗啡,治疗急、慢性疼痛。这种止痛方法具有用药量小、对生理干扰小、止痛效果确切等优点;同时又可避免大量麻醉剂引起的全身不良反应,避免破坏或刺激神经结构止痛手术的可能并发症。适用于各种手术后、顽固性癌痛、外伤后剧痛的止痛。特别适用于急性广泛的弥散性疼痛或晚期癌症引起的疼痛,尤其是躯干下部或下肢顽痛患者。吗啡用量最小(0.2~0.5mg,最大为15~20mg),不良反应常有恶心、呕吐、排尿困难、皮肤瘙痒、血压下降、呼吸抑制等。
