瘢痕组织修复食管病变或损伤所致食管狭窄。食管病变可因腐蚀剂、外伤、异物、炎症、溃疡等引起。狭窄多发生于生理狭窄区。表现为咽下困难。食管镜检查、X线钡剂照片可见狭窄部位及程度。视病情行食管扩张术或吻合术。
