制作过程：
1）用摩卡壶煮的意大利咖啡120ml（也可用其它冲煮设备，但咖啡要浓一些）；
2）鲜牛奶300ml，打成奶泡；
3）向杯子中倒入100ml的牛奶和100ml的奶泡（倒牛奶时，可先用小勺将奶泡挡住）；
4）往杯子中心缓慢注入咖啡；
5）大功告成；
