secondary vertebral osteochondrosis，Scheuermann disease
1921年Scheuermann首先报道椎体上下环状骺板(椎体第二骨化中心)发生缺血性坏死。多发于13～17岁，男性多见。好发于中胸段或胸腰段，相邻3～5个椎体受累。发病缓慢，驼背，下腰痛。X线摄片可见椎体楔形改变及Schmorl结节现象。可先采用脊柱后伸位卧床休息，腰背肌过伸锻炼，然后穿用过伸位支架或石膏背心下地行走。驼背严重影响工作和生活者，可先行颅骨、骨盆牵引，然后施行Harrington矫形、后路或前路脊柱植骨融合术。
