带血管蒂的跖内侧皮瓣移位术
是指带足内侧动、静脉蒂的跖内侧皮瓣，可修复足跟部皮肤创面。此皮瓣是张涤生(1979年)最先报道成功。此皮瓣还可带足内侧神经的皮肤皮支成有神经支配的皮瓣。其缺点是皮瓣直径只有3cm左右，最宜修复跟部神经性溃疡。供区还需游离皮肤移植修复。
