| 假肢 prosthesis 替代残缺肢体的人工制品。又称义肢。截肢术后不久即用的为临时性假肢。上肢用的假肢有装饰性和工作用两种 ，后者又分为肌动假肢和外动力假肢。下肢的假肢主要为了便于日常行动。理想的残肢应有适当长度，残端不痛且形态稳定，切口瘢痕不在受力处，保持关节的正常活动度。对于残端有血循环不良、炎症、疼痛、皮肤过紧以及年老体弱、活动能力很差者不宜装配假肢。假肢的结构应简单、方便、低廉、美观，近似正常体型。 |
