CASE REPORTS 59 patients with chest sharp wounds were treated by emergency mini-incision thoracotomy,in which 21 cases only with breakage of intercostal arteries,12 with pneumonic lacerations,6 with phrenic lacerations,9 with heart injuries,11 with hepatic lacerations and 1 with stomach rupture.
