Methods:Culture 14 breast cancer cell lines and extract protein from cytoplasm,nuclear separately;to detect the expression of NFkB family proteins and their inhibitor by western blotting and the relationship between the expression of NFkB family proteins and chemotherapy resistance MTT chemosensitivity testing.
方法 :培养 14个乳腺癌细胞系 ,对其进行胞浆、胞核蛋白质提取 ,Western印迹法观察NFKB家族蛋白及其抑制物的表达 ,并用MTT药敏实验观察NFkB家族蛋白与乳腺癌细胞化疗耐药性关系。

结果SRB法药敏实验结果:各药物的平均抑癌率依次为卡铂+氟尿嘧啶>卡铂>氟尿嘧啶>平阳霉素>甲氨蝶呤;药物的平均抑癌率随药物浓度的增加而增大。

对从潍坊市主要养鸡场分离出的 2 0株致病性大肠杆菌进行了 1 7种抗菌药的药敏实验 ,结果表明 ,这 2 0种菌株除对氟哌酸 (NOR)、头孢哌酮 (CFP)和头孢三嗪 (CRO)未产生耐药性外 ,对其余 1 4种抗菌药均有不同程度的耐药性 。
