肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞
又称"颗粒性肺泡细胞"，"分泌细胞"，是构成肺泡上皮的一种较大的细胞，数目较少。细胞体一般呈圆型或立方型，向肺泡腔内突起。有微纤毛，富有高尔基成分、粗面内质网和线粒体，还有一种特殊的分泌颗粒，叫"板层小体"，含有丰富的磷脂质、粘多糖和蛋白质。Ⅱ型细胞分泌*肺泡表面活性物质，能降低肺泡表面张力，对稳定肺泡形态有一定作用。Ⅱ型细胞又是肺泡的储备细胞，当肺上皮遭受损害，它就增生，并在肺泡表面形成立方上皮细胞。
