Based on engineering economy theory and comprehensive employ of engineering technology, computer science and quantitative technique, the technique and economy analysis model for in-service bridge rehabilitation is built in this paper and hence the optimal rehabilitation design of in-service bridge is accomplished.
本文以工程经济学原理为理论依据，综合运用了工程技术、计算机技术及定量化科学，建立了在役桥梁改造的技术经济分析模型，从而实现了对在役桥梁改造的优化设计。

规模经济/规模不经济：规模经济和规模不经济用来说明厂商产量变动从而规模变动与成本之间的关系。对于一个生产厂商而言，如果产量扩大一倍，而厂商的生产成本的增加低于一倍，则称厂商的生产存在着规模经济；如果产量增加一倍，而成本的增加大于一倍，则生产存在着规模不经济。
