【鉴别】
(1) 取本品的内容物适量（约相当于阿苯达唑0.2g），照阿苯达唑项下 的鉴别(1)、(2)项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在295nm 的波长处 有最大吸收，在277nm 的波长处有最小吸收。
【检查】
除崩解时限不检查外，其他应符合胶囊剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ E）。
【含量测定】
取装量差异项下的内容物，混匀，精密称取适量（约相当于阿苯达 唑20mg）置100ml 量瓶中，加冰醋酸10ml，振摇使阿苯达唑溶解，加乙醇稀释至刻度， 摇匀（必要时，滤过），精密量取续滤液5ml ，置另一100ml 量瓶中，加乙醇稀释至刻度， 摇匀，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在295nm的波长处测定吸收度，按C12H15N3O2S 的吸收 系数（Ｅ1％ 1cm）为444计算，即得。
