acetylcholin esterase activity
临床上用于诊断有机磷中毒的一种检验指标。由于有机磷能强力地抑制体内胆碱酯酶的活力,故在急性中毒初期测定此酶的酶活力,对诊断和鉴别诊断有机磷中毒有重要意义。测定血液胆碱酯酶的方法主要有三种:①测定酶作用产物生成量;②测定酶作用后剩余底物;③利用特殊底物作测定。其正常值为80~120单位。通常酶活力下降到50~70单位时,表示酶活力被中度抑制;下降到25单位以下时,表示酶活力被重度抑制。
