Methods The expression of NF-κB P65 and IκBα proteins was analyzed by using RT-PCR and fluorescein immunohistochemistry in 20 cases of idiopathic epimacular membrane, 49 cases of secondary epimacular membrane and 15 cases of normal human retinal macular tissue.
