方法选择2005年12月~2006年12月体外循环下行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组经升主动脉根部首剂灌注冷晶体高钾心脏停搏液,阻断主动脉后20min开始每隔20~30min灌注含血心脏停搏液;实验组则于含血心脏停搏液基础上加入参附注射液20mL/L。

深低温心停搏法
cardiac arrest with profound hypothermia

是使心脏停跳的一种方法,也是体外循环的一种技术。指用体表和血流中心降温使直肠温度降至18~20℃时,阻断主动脉,灌注冷心跳液,心脏停跳后停止动脉灌注,施行心内手术完毕后,恢复动脉灌注,用灌注中心复温,使心脏复苏。
