病名。为继发于阴道的恶性肿瘤。本病比原发性阴道癌多见。最常见转移来自于宫颈癌，其次为直肠癌或膀胱癌、偶尔为子宫体、卵巢或其他器官的癌瘤转移而来。其表现可与原发性阴道癌相似。诊断应结合病史、阴道及其他转移部位的病理组织学检查而定。参见其他原发性阴道癌条。
