人参三醇 panaxotriol 一种萜。分子式C30H52O4。熔点238~239℃,比旋光度+14.2°(氯仿)。在稀酸作用下,人参中的人参苷 Rg的苷元原人参三醇分子侧链部分的羟基与烯键环合而生成人参三醇。
