发热性输血反应
febrile transfusion reaction

一种常见的输血反应。多于输血开始后15分钟至1小时,出现寒战、发热、体温可高达41℃,伴恶心、呕吐、皮肤潮红,持续15分钟至1小时后好转。发生原因可能因输液器或保存液有热原;多次接受输血,对输入成分(主要是白细胞),产生免疫反应。停止输血,对症处理。多次受血者可给予成分输血以减少免疫反应。
