性质：又称分泌型IgA。分子量385 000。沉降系数11s。化学结构上是由两个IgA分子组成的二聚体s链(单链蛋白质，分子量>5000)和分泌片(糖蛋白，分子量58 000)。一类存在于人类外分泌液(唾液、初乳、眼泪、支气管黏膜和肠道等分泌物)中的抗体。对分泌液中酶有耐受作用，专门负责人体局部抗感染免疫，可用作被动免疫制品。
