| 乳房纤维腺瘤 breast，adenofibrome of 乳房良性肿瘤。最常见于20～25岁性功能旺盛时期，故认为病因与雌激素作用活跃有密切关系，好发部位在乳房外上象限，多数为单发，除出现肿块外，病人通常无明显自觉症状，肿块增长速度比较缓慢，质坚韧，边界清楚，无压痛，表面光滑，与皮肤和周围组织无粘连，在乳房内很容易被推动，触之有滑动感。腋窝淋巴结不肿大，月经周期对肿块大小无影响，但在妊娠期可迅速增大。该病虽属良性，但有恶变可能，故一旦发现，以手术切除为宜。切下肿块必须送病理组织切片检查，排除恶变可能。 |
