介入放射学技术。输尿管镜与套石网篮、取石钳以及超声碎石器配合使用治疗下段输尿管结石的方法，90%可成功取出。行硬膜外麻醉或全身麻醉，在膀胱镜控制下，用扩张器扩张输尿管口，之后退出膀胱镜，再插入输尿管镜。透视下用套石网篮套住结石并与输尿管镜一起退出。术后造影观察有无输尿管穿孔和损伤。
