用料:
面粉 200g
白萝卜 1/2根(约200g)
紫菜 50g
青菜 少许
盐 1茶匙(5g)
鸡精 1茶匙(5g)
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙(3g)
做法:
1. 将白萝卜洗净切成细丝,在锅内先用油炒一下,加水、加盐。
2. 在等待水开过程中,准备面疙瘩。将面粉放入碗中,加少许凉水,用筷子搅拌,让面粉结成小面疙瘩,这很重要,疙瘩要小,比较好入味,可以将比较大的面疙瘩撕成小块。
3. 水开了,将面疙瘩加入锅内,用勺子搅拌疙瘩汤,防止糊底。
4. 加入紫菜和青菜。快起锅时,加入盐、鸡精和一些白胡椒粉提提味。
小贴士:
1. 一定不要将粉状面粉加入锅内,那就成了熬糨糊了。
2. 西红柿鸡蛋疙瘩汤也很好吃,这类食品比较适合早晚吃。
3. 吃疙瘩汤的时候,如果用茄汁沙丁鱼做小菜,胃会很高兴
