性质: 通过应用一个对DNA和抗体具双重结合活性的接连分子使作为标志物的DNA分子特异地结合到抗原-抗体复合物上,从而形成一种特异性抗原-抗体-DNA复合物。附着的DNA标志物可用适当的引物进行PCR扩增。特异性PCR产物的存在证明DNA标志物分子特异性地附着于抗原-抗体复合物上,进而证明有抗原存在。目前最为敏感的检测方法,理论上可测得一个抗原分子的存在。
