环磷酸鸟苷


  又称"环磷鸟苷酸",是磷酸基环化的磷酸鸟苷。由特异性的鸟苷酸环化酶催化三磷酸鸟苷受 Mn2+激活而形成 GTP cGMP-ppt,cGMP引起的生物效应和 cAMP相反。cGMP也可被细胞内的磷酸二酯酶分解成5′-GMP。参见"环-磷酸腺苷"。
